The hospitality of the Waihekians is legendary as is the weather and seafood.
Disc golf in the hot summer sun with a nice breeze to make the course rather diificult to tame for most players. And then on to the soft sands of Onetangi Beach to swim in the Pacific Ocean and enjoy local seafood thanks to the organisers.

Polo X grounds course, Mananui, Taumarunui April 27 & 28.
One of New Zealand’s Inaugural Tour events provided a challenging course with some beautiful scenic backdrops and even greater hospitality put on by Taumarunui’s ‘Lost Tribe’ Disc Golf Club.
This was the 2013 King Country Classic, with fine weather and even finer golf - a quitesenstial Kiwi Disc Golf experience.

Another great weekend chasing plastic around the beautiful McLaren Falls Park on the sunny Tauranga side of the Kaimai Ranges. A record turnout, good weather, a first time TD doing a fantastic job and a redesigned course that was not as nearly as scary as past Xtreme courses.

2010 saw Queenstown Gardens achieve the full 18 basket status. We crowned a new National Champion, hit the Australian Open, played with the New Zealand cricket team (the Black Caps) and of course visited all the fantastic Kiwi disc golf destinations as part of the 2010 New Zealand Disc Golf Tour.
